Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and governance processes
  • Track and monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and key deliverables
  • Develop and manage project plans, status reports, and dashboards for senior leadership
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place
