Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Assist country GM in promoting key projects and managing progress for new international markets, including decomposing goals and key tasks, coordinating resources, following up on progress, monitoring processes, identifying risks, etc., and being responsible for project timelines.
2.Deeply understand the business, identify issues in organizational efficiency, operational tools, and other areas, develop project management manuals tailored to new markets such as the Middle East and Latin America, clarify cross-team collaboration SOPs, improve decision-making and execution efficiency, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
3.In a cross-border management context, design and implement culturally adaptive mechanisms, establish multi-time zone collaboration norms and localized compliance frameworks, formulate contingency plans for sensitive matters, and ensure efficient collaboration of cross-border teams.
4.Possess strong teamwork spirit, execution ability, and work capability in a fast-paced environment, able to promote cross-departmental collaboration and ensure the efficient implementation of strategic plans. 1.Compete alongside global competitors: Broaden your international business perspective and gain practical experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 7 years of work experience, including over 3 years of project management experience in internet/technology and other industries.
2.Rich experience in project management and project management system construction, with strong logical thinking ability, data insight and analysis ability, and the ability to identify and decompose complex problems.
3.Have strong teamwork spirit, execution ability, and work capability in a fast-paced environment, able to promote cross-departmental and cross-time zone collaboration, and ensure the efficient implementation of strategic plans.
4.Fluent English capability as primary working language, possess good cross-cultural adaptation ability and sensitivity, and can work efficiently in a multicultural environment.
5.Passion for deeply engaging in and driving international business expansion. Willingness and ability to undertake s cross-border travel or medium-to-long-term international assignments based on business needs.
