Position:
PMO Lead Retail Business (Assets, Liabilities, Branches, Affluent Banking)

Summary:
As a PMO Lead Retail Business, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of retail banking transformation initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. You will also track key KPIs, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and prepare executive-level presentations for senior management.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of retail banking transformation initiatives.
Manage cross-functional retail banking projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Track and report key KPIs related to asset growth, liability optimization, branch performance, and affluent customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Branch Ops, Finance, Risk) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Prepare executive-level presentations and updates for senior management and steering committees.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in retail banking project management or PMO functions
Strong project management acumen
Strategic mindset
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus
