PMO Planner Thales

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including subcontractor schedules and Thales internal team inputs, using industry-standard scheduling tools.

• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain accurate and timely schedule updates and ensure their activities align with project milestones and deadlines.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate schedule inputs from various Thales teams to maintain an integrated and coherent master schedule.
• Monitor schedule progress, identify critical paths, potential delays, and suggest mitigation actions to the project management team.
• Provide regular status reports and schedule analysis to stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies, and schedule changes.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and workshops involving subcontractors, project managers, and technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to corporate and project-specific scheduling standards and procedures.
• Support risk management activities by identifying schedule-related risks and working with the project team to develop contingency plans.
• Assist in resource planning by providing scheduling insights for effective allocation and utilization.
• Maintain historical schedule data for lessons learned and future project planning reference.
• Deploy Lessons Learnt practices over the project lifecycle
• Implement Project management / Process improvement initiatives
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders with a focus on what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
• Set-up and implement a claims/variation strategy including all the project stakeholders within Contract Standards
