Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Execution of SOX controls (excluding campaigns)

  • Implementation of control measures
  • Collection of evidence & documentation
  • Prevention of non-conformities
  • Quality control on authorizations, PAM, AD, Centrify, CyberArk

2. Preparation and management of quarterly campaigns

  • Prepare SOX tests
  • Coordinate the collection of supporting evidence
  • Ensure compliance of files
  • Respond to requests from the CAC and Internal Control

3. Responses to audits & requests

  • Ensure exchanges with CAC / CI
  • Provide and justify materializations
  • Participate in audit meetings

4. Automation & improvement (GenAI / scripts / SNOW)

  • Identify SOX automation opportunities
  • Contribute to the implementation:
    • PowerShell scripts
    • Automated controls
    • Automated report generation
  • Report use cases to the Service Center

5. Communication & awareness

  • Raise awareness among IT teams of SOX requirements
  • Prepare training / communication materials
  • Participate in SOX / pilot instances
