Roles & Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Govern and track multiple technology and AI transformation projects.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for project visibility and delivery performance.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across IT, CRM, and business units to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Contribute to PMO process standardisation, governance, and reporting frameworks.
  • Support the PMO Director in ensuring programme discipline, transparency, and risk management.

Desired Candidate Profile

About you:

  • 6-8 years' experience in PMO, transformation, or project governance within technology or AI-led environments.
  • Strong skills in reporting, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience using tools such as Power BI, Jira, or MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
