PMP Instructor America-Mideast Educational and Training Services, Inc. (AMIDEAST)

As an instructor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the PMBOK Guide and the latest PMP exam content outline, providing them with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to pass the PMP exam and excel in their roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivery engaging, high-quality, and interactive PMP exam preparation training in-person, online, or in a blended format
• Facilitate participant understanding of the five process groups, ten knowledge areas, and the new PMP exam domains (People, Process, and Business Environment)
• Employ a variety of instructional techniques, including case studies, group discussions, and practice exams, to cater to diverse learning styles
• Provide expert insights and real-world examples to bridge the gap between theory and practical application
• Motivate and mentor participants throughout their learning journey
• Manage all course administration, including attendance tracking and participant feedback

QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Requirements :

• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in good standing
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project management
• Proven experience in delivering training to adult professionals, preferably in PMP exam preparation
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage

Highly Desirable :

• Additional relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CAPM, PMP)
• Experience with e-learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams)
• A bachelor s or master s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
