PMV Manager (Plant, Machinery & Vehicles) TALENTS TIDE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTING

As the PMV Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Plant, Machinery, and Vehicles across multiple construction sites. You will ensure maximum utilization, cost efficiency, compliance, and reliability of all equipment assets.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMV department across all projects

• Oversee fleet operations including heavy equipment, machinery, and transport vehicles

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Monitor equipment utilization and optimize allocation across sites

• Control PMV budgets, including procurement, leasing, and operational costs

• Manage equipment procurement, vendor negotiations, and service contracts

• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE standards

• Implement asset tracking systems and digital fleet management solutions

• Lead, mentor, and develop PMV teams, including operators, mechanics, and supervisors

• Coordinate with project and construction teams to meet operational requirements
