Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for inspecting, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, and modifying aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems and associated support equipment. The role will also involve supervising pneudraulic system maintenance activities and advising on technical problems related to installation, modification, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, install, repair, overhaul, and modify aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems and related ground equipment
  • Use technical publications, blueprints, and diagrams to determine maintenance and repair procedures
  • Conduct testing on systems and subassemblies for leakage, pressure, adjustment, and overall serviceability
  • Perform corrosion control and repair of aircraft brake assemblies
  • Provide on-the-job training and support continuous improvement activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Completion of a Pneudraulic trade course (military or civilian)

Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical publications

Demonstrable experience in the maintenance of aircraft pneudraulic systems

Experience with Tornado aircraft systems is highly desirable, including Tornado Pneudraulic deep maintenance, brake module, or STRAAT 5 operator s courses
