Description:
The Program of Instruction (POI) Developer is responsible for creating, updating, and enhancing the Aviation Institute's educational and training programs. This role includes designing curriculum plans, collaborating with subject matter experts, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and refining course materials to support the institute's mission.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or relevant work experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation training or curriculum development.
- Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
