Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Propose development initiatives and programs, and prepare improvement plans for projects. Coordinate with the Management Department to ensure proper implementation of these initiatives and to achieve the intended benefits for the community and stakeholders.

  • Ensure that all policies, procedures, and guides are documented and updated in the Management Department and in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

  • Ensure that projects, programs, and activities comply with the objectives of the Authority, and that they are aligned with approved strategies, policies, and regulations.

  • Prepare reports, forms, templates, and operational manuals, review them, and ensure their proper distribution and implementation across relevant departments. Safeguard all operational processes and maintain documentation within the Authority.

  • Apply appropriate modern tools and methodologies for planning, analysis, and monitoring of projects and programs.

  • Ensure continuous follow-up and monitoring of the Authority’s projects ,programs, and address any deviations, delays, or obstacles in their implementation, while providing recommendations and solutions to relevant departments.

  • Ensure that policies and procedures are updated in line with best practices and approved strategies, and that they are implemented efficiently.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline is required.

  • Possession of certifications like Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or similar is highly advantageous.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in policy and procedure development, preferably within a regulated industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in a financial services environment, with a strong understanding of compliance and risk management.

  • Strong proficiency in policy management software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
