Roles & Responsibilities
Policy Service Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests by managing inquiries received through business communication channels such as Outlook and the Opus system to ensure efficient and accurate response to Health Corporate clients.
- Process policy endorsements by verifying request details, updating relevant systems, and issuing premium invoices to ensure accurate policy adjustments and financial records.
- Issue client letters by preparing official documents related to policy services administration to maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
- Assist the sales force, brokers, and Allianz branches by providing accurate information and updates on Health Insurance applications to facilitate seamless business operations and client satisfaction.
- Handle renewal and new business requests by coordinating operational processes and ensuring compliance with policy terms to support smooth policy issuance and continuity.
- Maintain a well-organized and complete archive of valid Health Corporate policies by following established guidelines and document management practices to support accessibility and compliance.
- Support the Health department by assisting with various tasks and projects as needed to enhance overall operational efficiency and departmental objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 Year of experience in the insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, finance or a related field.
