Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Operate polishing and filtration equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor process parameters such as flow rates, pressure, temperature, and oil clarity.
Perform regular equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance to prevent downtime.
Ensure proper sampling and testing of filtered oil in coordination with the QA/QC team.
Maintain accurate production logs, equipment performance reports, and shift documentation.
Troubleshoot operational issues and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
Follow HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Support routine shutdowns, start-ups, and equipment cleaning procedures.
Collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in edible oil processing, filtration, or similar process industries.
Understanding of oil polishing, filtration systems, pumps, and process equipment.
Knowledge of production safety standards and food-grade handling requirements.
