Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the overall operations of the polyclinics, including medical, administrative, and support services.
  • Ensure that all clinics operate efficiently, meet quality standards, and comply with healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate with medical and non-medical departments to ensure seamless patient experience and optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor performance indicators (patient satisfaction, waiting times, revenue targets, staff productivity, etc.).
  • Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and improvement initiatives for service enhancement.
  • Supervise clinic managers, doctors, nurses, and support staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and performance management.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinic personnel.
  • Handle patient complaints and ensure resolution in line with organizational standards.
  • Oversee procurement and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on clinic performance and submit to top management.
  • Support marketing and business development teams in promoting clinic services and expanding patient base

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Purpose:

  • To oversee the daily operations of the polyclinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient service delivery, compliance with healthcare standards, and effective management of medical and administrative staff.
  • Bachelor s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 8 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in polyclinics or medical centers.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and medical management software.
