Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibility
  • Operate and maintain polyurethane machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Monitor and control the quality of foam products during production.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machine equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and report problems to supervisors.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operating polyurethane machines.
  • Strong knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
