Description:
We are expanding our team at Mustadama Farms LLC O.P.C and seeking experienced, hands-on professionals for fruit production and crop management roles. If you are passionate about modern horticulture and greenhouse/farm operations, we want to hear from you.
Pomologist Responsibilities:
Manage fruit crop production to optimise yield, quality, and plant health.
Monitor and manage pests and diseases using integrated pest management practices.
Develop and implement pruning, thinning, and nutrient schedules tailored to crop needs.
Improve fruit set, yield performance, and overall plant productivity through best practices.
Maintain accurate greenhouse/field records and provide regular crop progress reports.
Pomologist Requirements:
Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related discipline.
2 5 years of practical experience in fruit crop management.
Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, pruning techniques, and pest control strategies.
