Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and assist with information about recreation and wellness facilities
- Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across pool, gym, spa, and surrounding areas
- Set up and arrange pool furniture, fitness equipment, and guest amenities
- Clean and restock restrooms, shower rooms, and changing areas throughout the shift
- Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues
- Distribute towels, water, and amenities while monitoring stock levels
- Keep storage rooms organized and report low inventory when needed
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Monitor recreational areas to ensure rules are followed and guests remain safe
- Report hazards, facility damage, or equipment issues immediately

At least 1 year of experience in a similar luxury hospitality role
