Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning of swimming pools (vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and tile scrubbing).

Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.).

Add appropriate chemicals to maintain safe water quality.

Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators.

Identify and report issues like leaks, damages, or malfunctioning equipment.

Ensure pool area hygiene and safety standards are met.

Maintain daily service logs and reports.

Provide courteous service to villa residents/owners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum >2 4 years of experience/> in pool cleaning/maintenance (residential villa or similar).

  • Knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance tools.
  • Ability to operate cleaning and testing equipment.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
  • Basic troubleshooting and repair skills preferred.
