Job Description Summary

The Population Health Advisor is responsible for providing data.-driven insights, developing and implementing tailored Population health initiatives, collaborating with PHM senior staff, other JHAH business units, network providers and Saudi Aramco communities to ensure successful program delivery and improve population health outcomes.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect analyze data and prepare feedbackevaluation reports of the program impact share and present it to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate health needs assessments for JHAH and network providers population
• Assist in monitoring program goals objectives and metrics to evaluate the programs success in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics resources and personnel champion selection for attending PHM training programs

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor s Degree in Public Health /Population Health OR

Master of Public Health or Msc Population Health with 0 2 years' experience
