Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

  • Adapt and lead the global people-at-risk screening, monitoring, and infrastructure strategy at local level coordinating all related activities and stakeholders across the GCC to improve identification of people at risk and patients.
  • Identify and develop new screening and monitoring channels including digital health solutions and advocate for screening reimbursement and funding initiatives in collaboration with Medical, Public Affairs, and Market Access teams.
  • Map the screening and monitoring ecosystem (diagnostic labs, centers of excellence, electronic medical record platforms, telemedicine, and registries) and define optimal referral pathways for seamless patient journeys.
  • Build and manage cross-functional partnerships with diagnostic companies, data providers, and digital health platforms to improve testing accessibility, standardization, and patient profiling.
  • Collaborate with Patient Experience and field teams to implement end-to-end journeys from person-at-risk identification through to treatment readiness.
  • Adapt global messaging to create compelling, locally relevant screening narratives tailored to healthcare providers, patients, and families across the GCC.
  • Identify operational barriers along the patient pathway, manage risks in collaboration with Ethics, Legal, and Compliance teams, and share best practices with country and global teams.

About you

  • Experience: 10 years in pharmaceutical and/or diagnostic commercial roles, with experience in marketing to healthcare providers, patient activation, and product launches in specialty, rare disease, or Type 1 Diabetes; GCC experience is a plus.
  • Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to work across global and cross-functional teams; strong networking and negotiation capabilities; self-driven, results-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple projects with agility and creativity.
  • Technical skills: Proven experience launching products requiring screening or monitoring programs; ability to build partnerships with screening infrastructures and develop data-driven solutions; deep understanding of care pathway operations; strong commercial, financial, and strategic thinking acumen; solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer needs.
  • Education: University degree in health sciences; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong communication and presentation skills in both.
