Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Manage the collation of quarterly demand and facilitate the Project Increment prioritisation and planning with all stakeholders.
  • Support Delivery Managers to maintain the quarterly prioritised list of initiatives and annual backlog.
  • Ensure adherence to the PMO framework as a prerequisite for prioritisation.
  • Coordinate with cross functional departments on project prioritisation ensuring alignment across all delivery streams.
  • Lead the content for the Portfolio reviews.
  • Manage and coordinate centralised calendar for Skywards internal and external communications (advisory committee, executive updates, dependency from finance for benefit realisation).
  • Coordinate content and date input for the Skywards Executive Annual Report.
  • Communicate regular prioritisation updates to all relevant stakeholders and advocate adherence to the PMO framework.
  • Develop and deliver Skywards internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, support critical change programmes, to increase levels of employee engagement & motivation. (Monthly pulse and reporting, staff recognition, departmental knowledge sharing sessions, visibility across Emirates commercial departments on Skywards contribution, department annual engagement day planning preparation and logistics)

Desired Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree in Bachelors or Honours
  • 8 years of experience within Commercial and/or Portfolio Project Management
  • Certification in Change Management and Agile Project Management preferred
