Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic review and validation of the risky clients lists provided by Credit Administration Function.
- Assist in the analysis of Early Warning Indicators (EWI) to detect potential deterioration in client creditworthiness.
- Collect and compile updated financials, management accounts, and operational information from the Business Function or directly from clients.
- Participate in client assessments, and site visits as required to validate financial and operational conditions.
- Support in the preparation and tracking of Action Plans for identified risky clients, ensuring adherence to timelines and formats.
- Maintain proper documentation and update portfolio monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Follow up with the Business Function on the implementation progress of validated Action Plans and escalate delays.
- Maintain direct follow-up on the client s file during the exit phase, ensuring all actions and communications are properly recorded.
- Prepare credit proposals requiring changes to approved terms or condition.
- Coordinate with Credit Review Function to ensure proper evaluation of presented proposals.
- Prepare draft reports and summaries for the Manager and Head of Unit regarding portfolio status, exposures, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with Credit Administration Functions for data validation, EWI updates, and classification inputs.
- Prepare cases proposed for reclassification to Remedial and support handover documentation.
- Contribute to portfolio trend analysis and MIS reports on key performance and risk metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Minimum 4-5 years of banking experience, preferably in recovery, credit, risk, or portfolio analysis.
- Knowledge of credit processes, EWI tools, and data validation standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in finance, Business, or Accounting.
