Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow up on clients' repayment, delinquency, and Collection risks with Company Branches.
  • Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of microfinance clients, ensuring optimal performance and risk mitigation.
  • Develop and implement portfolio strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor portfolio quality, analyze trends, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client repayment consistency, to minimize default rations within the organization.
  • Lead initiatives to improve portfolio management processes and leverage digital tools for efficiency.
  • Address and resolve portfolio-related issues, including delinquency management and recovery strategies.
  • Contact Client Relationship Officers with delinquent Clients within their portfolio.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduate
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Excellent Follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
