Job Description

- Overall portfolio management, generation of detailed segment reporting and carrying out appropriate analytics to ensure ongoing guidance to the sales teams and develop dashboard for frontline management.- Portfolio Analytics on regular basis for MG to take strategic and Tactical decisions, regular segmentation of base for productivity enhancement and penetration- Seamless migration of clients between and within segments and adjustment of budgets and targets- Manage & Drive Portfolio Management, Business Planning and reporting for MG- Assist HOMG on set-up of efficient sales model, define role KPI’s, establish key deliverables and formulate tracking process. Support embedding the new branch transformed model to create world class sales and service experiences, competencies, behaviors, tools and frameworks.- Develop and implement sales management tools and Periodic circulation of RM/Team Performance reports- Implementing the performance management process and Root cause analysis of low performers using analysis, tracking performance improvements plans with AM for respective individual and monitoring.End to end management of the Incentive scheme policy , implementation and ensuring to timely release of staff incentives.
