Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and explain credit card products and services.
- Educate customers on card benefits, features, and offers to enhance card activation and utilization.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful onboarding, card activation, and continued engagement.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the bank s card portfolio and other retail banking products.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or portfolio management preferably within banking, financial services, or call center environments.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Team player with a proactive and positive approach
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
