Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and explain credit card products and services.
  • Educate customers on card benefits, features, and offers to enhance card activation and utilization.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful onboarding, card activation, and continued engagement.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the bank s card portfolio and other retail banking products.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or portfolio management preferably within banking, financial services, or call center environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Team player with a proactive and positive approach
  • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
