Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Visit partner locations to install and activate POS devices.
Configure devices and ensure proper system setup and connectivity.
Conduct device testing and activation verification.
Train partners and staff on basic device usage and operations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site (hardware, connectivity, software).
Replace or reconfigure devices when required.
Document installation activities and update activation workflows.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to resolve issues.
Ensure installations and issue resolution are completed within SLA timelines.
+1 years of experience in device installation, field technical support, or POS deployment.
Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues.
Good communication skills when dealing with partners and merchants.
Ability to work in field operations and travel between locations.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational SLAs.
