Post-Fixture Executive (Chemical Tankers)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle post-fixture operations for chemical tanker voyages
• Liaise with charterers, brokers, agents, and internal stakeholders on voyage execution
• Prepare and review voyage instructions, stowage plans, and cargo details
• Monitor vessel performance, schedules, and port operations
• Manage laytime calculations and support demurrage/despatch handling
• Ensure compliance with charter party terms and operational requirements
• Coordinate bunkering, port calls, and cargo operations
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2 5 years of experience in tanker operations/post-fixture
• Prior exposure to chemical tankers is preferred
• Good understanding of charter parties, laytime, and demurrage
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
