Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop, refine, and update the organization s strategic direction, priorities, and objectives.
- Design detailed roadmaps for key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and timelines.
- Lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with maximum business value.
- Define KPIs, set measurable targets, and implement performance tracking mechanisms to monitor execution progress.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop scenario models to evaluate potential business outcomes and recommend optimal strategic responses.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve the strategic planning and implementation processes, playbooks, and tools.
- Prepare and present periodic strategy progress reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for leadership on matters related to strategy execution, alignment, and portfolio management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Advice on the division/department strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration.
- Support the division s management by providing expert opinions and recommendations on specialized matters, and deliver leadership assistance on other projects as needed.
- Advice on risk management and mitigation tactics within the division/department.
- Recommend tools, frameworks, and methodology to ensure proper governance and monitoring of the division/department projects.
- Advice on the development of future state process flows, and suggest divisional/departmental and workflow changes based on the market best practices.
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar is required, Master Degree / CFA is preferred.
Professional certifications are preferred
Knowledge and Experience:
6 + years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, management consulting, or transformation office roles.
