Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficient in cost reporting, interim payment certification, and variation assessment.
  • Familiarity with project cost control and cash flow forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, contract drafting/management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, QS software, and other related software

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity take-off tools .
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or other standard contract forms is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Must have GCC Experience
  • Immediate Joiner
