Roles & Responsibilities

Handle and pour molten metal into sand molds

Ensure correct pouring temperature and flow control

Follow production plan and casting specifications

Monitor ladle condition and pouring equipment

Prevent casting defects related to improper pouring

Maintain safety compliance while handling molten metal

Coordinate with melting and molding teams

Maintain production and safety records
