Duties & Responsibilities
- Reading the production Drawing
- Preparing list of Coating Powders
- Preparing list Cleaning Chemicals
- Very good knowledge in clearing welding spots
- Very good knowledge in selecting Paint colour codes
- Very good knowledge in Mixing Powder as per colour requirements
- Very good knowledge Mixing Rinsing Chemicals
- Very good knowledge mixing degreasing chemicals
- Loading & unloading of coating object
- Good knowledge in automatic rinsing plant operation
- Good knowledge in automatic & Manual Powder coating plant operations
- Very good knowledge in automatic Powder Curing Oven Operation plant
- Very good knowledge in Drying Oven Plant operations
- Very good Knowledge in Timing Control of Conveyor
- Very good knowledge in Oven temperature control setting as per coating Objects.
- Good knowledge in testing of Coating thickness
- Loading of coating objects
- Rinsing of Coating object
- Degreasing of Coating object
- Cleaning of Welding spots
- Drying the rinsed Object
- Powder coating of Objects
- Baking of Powder coated object
- Requesting Required Materials to supervisor as per Bill of Materials
- Unloading Baked objects
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications/Training Courses: Intermediate
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Knowledge in Machine operations
- Knowledge in Powder Coating plant maintenance
- Good knowledge in powder recovery procedure. Experience
- Minimum of 5 years pertinent experience
