Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare metal surfaces meticulously, ensuring optimal adhesion through abrasive blasting or chemical pretreatment, setting the stage for a flawless finish.
  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including spray guns, curing ovens, and automated systems, to achieve consistent and high-quality coatings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a basic level of education and foundational knowledge.
  • Possession of a relevant certification in powder coating or industrial finishing, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in powder coating or a related industrial environment, indicating practical expertise and hands-on skills.
