Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, degreasing, and pre-treating them to ensure optimal powder adhesion and a flawless finish.

  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including spray guns, curing ovens, and conveyor systems, ensuring efficient and consistent coating application.

  • Apply powder coatings to various metal parts, meticulously controlling the application process to achieve the desired thickness and appearance.

  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings, such as voltage, current, and air pressure, to optimize the coating process and minimize waste.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, providing a foundational understanding of basic principles.

  • Possession of a relevant certification in powder coating or industrial painting, demonstrating specialized knowledge.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a powder coating or related industrial setting, showcasing practical application.

  • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, indicating familiarity with industry standards.(training avail)
