Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards for telecom operations (network KPIs, subscriber analytics, service quality metrics)
- Build financial reporting solutions (revenue analysis, transaction monitoring, agent performance, payment trends)
- Create optimized data models using Power BI Desktop for telecom and financial datasets
- Write complex DAX calculations for telecom metrics (ARPU, churn rate, NPS) and financial KPIs (transaction volume, fraud rates, portfolio performance)
- Implement row-level security for sensitive customer and financial data
- Connect Power BI to telecom systems (billing, CRM, network management) and fintech platforms
- Optimize report performance for large-scale data queries
- Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into visual analytics solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Expert-level knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query
- Strong proficiency in DAX and M language
- Experience with data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building dashboards for telecom or fintech industries
- Understanding of telecom KPIs and financial metrics
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and integration with Power BI
- Knowledge of Power BI REST APIs and automation
