Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications:
- TS or LT degree in Electrical or Mechanical
- 3 years experience in relevant position
Job Description:
- Develops and implements production
goals,
policies and procedures.
- Reviews production orders to make decisions
concerning inventory and staffing requirements,
work procedures and duty assignments.
- Coordinates with procurement department to
ensure that plant inventories are maintained at
their optimal level to avoid delays in production.
- Plans the production schedule within budgetary
limitations and time constraints.
- Monitors the production run to ensure that it
stays on schedule and correct any problems
that may arise.
- Analyses production and inspects samples of
finished goods and records defects to enable
analysis of quality control problems.
- Coordinates with technical staff to resolve
production problems.
- Motivates, develops and directs people as they
work.
- Assesses production team performance to make
improvements or take corrective actions.
- Implements training programs or reorganizes
the manufacturing process based upon the
suggestion of production team.
- Prepares production reports and submits it to
Production Manager.
KNOWLEDGE OF:

- Practical application of engineering science and
technology.
