Roles & Responsibilities

As our Power Platform Developer, you will be the architect of efficiency. You'll design, build, and optimize high-performance business applications that streamline complex banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate to automate manual banking processes.
  • Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with diverse data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party APIs.
  • Optimization: Audit and enhance existing workflows to ensure maximum security, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical reality.
  • Governance: Adhere to banking security standards and best practices for environment management and DLP policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Experience: 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

The Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Knowledge of Power BI or PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) is a major plus.

The Architect's Mindset: Strong understanding of relational databases and complex logic.

Communication: Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) is a must, as you will be working across regional borders.

The Banking Edge: Previous experience in the financial or banking sector is highly preferred.
