Job Overview

Rehanah Alofoq Factory is seeking to hire two highly experienced industrial production line technicians specialized in plastic manufacturing and industrial converting systems.

We are looking for practical, technically strong, and highly experienced candidates with real hands-on experience in industrial production environments, machine operation, troubleshooting, production stability, and industrial maintenance support.

The factory is currently hiring for the following positions:

Position 1

PP Strap Production Line Technician

Specialized in:

• PP Strap Production Lines
• PP Strap Extrusion Systems
• Automatic Rewinding Machines
• Industrial Winding Systems

Main Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PP Strap production lines efficiently.
• Handle machine startup, shutdown, production adjustments, and product changeovers.
• Monitor:
  
• Strap quality
• Width consistency
• Thickness stability
• Tension balance
• Roll winding quality
• Adjust machine parameters to maintain stable production performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to:
  
• Extrusion instability
• Heater zones
• Temperature controllers
• Roll tension
• Motor synchronization
• Sensors and control systems
• Rewinding systems
• Product alignment
• Support preventive maintenance activities and reduce machine downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams during machine failures and repairs.
• Ensure continuous production efficiency and machine reliability.

Position 2

Stretch Film Production & Rewinding Technician

Specialized in:

• Stretch Film Machines
• Automatic Rewinding Machines
• Roll Slitting & Rewinding Systems
• Industrial Converting Lines

Main Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Stretch Film production and rewinding machines.
• Perform setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of rewinding systems.
• Monitor:
  
• Film quality
• Roll alignment
• Tension stability
• Edge quality
• Roll hardness and consistency
• Troubleshoot machine issues related to:
  
• Tension control systems
• Pneumatic systems
• Sensors
• Rewinding synchronization
• Roll vibration
• Heater and motor faults
• Cutting/slitting alignment
• Handle product changeovers and machine parameter adjustments.
• Maintain production stability and minimize downtime.
• Support machine maintenance and operational reliability.

General Requirements (For Both Positions)

• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in industrial production lines.
• Strong hands-on experience in manufacturing factories and industrial environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting industrial production machinery professionally.
• Strong understanding of:

• Heaters
• Temperature Controllers
• Gearboxes
• Pneumatic Systems
• Electrical Control Systems
• Rewinding & Tension Systems
• Ability to work under production pressure and solve operational issues efficiently.
• Good understanding of industrial safety and production standards.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance and production teams professionally.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must hold one of the following:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in:

• Production Technology
• Industrial Maintenance
• Mechatronics
• Industrial Automation
• Or any related industrial/technical specialization

Important Notes

• These positions are intended for experienced industrial production technicians only.
• Candidates with experience in plastic manufacturing, extrusion, rewinding, converting, or packaging production lines will be highly preferred.
• General machine operators or non-industrial technicians will not be considered.
• Strong troubleshooting and machine stability experience is highly important for both roles.
