Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Entry permits, change of status, residency stamping; Emirates ID, medicals, biometrics.

  •  Visa cancellations, absconding/ban procedures.

  •  Establishment/immigration card renewals; company file updates.

  • Daily coordination with MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, Tasheel, Municipality, DED, GPSSA, Civil Defense, Free Zones.

  • Daily submission log, digital contract records; weekly status to PR Manager.

  •  Prepare files, accompany inspectors, implement corrective actions.

  •  Onboarding/offboarding, passports, PO boxes, trademarks, vendor/audit support, ad hoc tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National (with a valid Family Book) 2–5 years of proven knowledge of MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, Tasheel, Municipality, DED, GPSSA, Civil Defense, and Free Zone procedures and systems. High school/Diploma/ bachelor’s degree Either full-time or part-time employment Immediate joiners will be given preference. Professional fluency in English and Arabic language.
