Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance Al Rabat s brand visibility and reputation across key markets.
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives that align with company objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
Draft, review, and distribute press releases, speeches, and other communication materials to ensure consistent messaging.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing timely reports and recommendations to senior management.
Manage crisis communications and act as the primary spokesperson during sensitive situations.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure alignment of PR and event strategies with overall business goals.
Oversee event budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistical arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
Evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and events, utilizing analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Represent Al Rabat at industry conferences, networking events, and public forums to enhance corporate presence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years experience in public relations, event management, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing successful PR campaigns and high-profile events.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively at a managerial level and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience in the real estate, property development, or construction sectors is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in media monitoring tools, event management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for brand storytelling.
