Pre-commissioning Manager Taj Engineering Industrial Support

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement pre-commissioning plans and procedures for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil systems.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Conduct system inspections, functional testing, and troubleshooting to verify readiness.
Monitor adherence to safety, quality, and project standards during all pre-commissioning activities.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and checklists related to pre-commissioning activities.
Supervise and mentor pre-commissioning engineers and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Identify and resolve technical issues to prevent delays in project commissioning.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Civil).
10 15 years of experience in industrial or construction projects, with at least 5 years in pre-commissioning/commissioning roles.
Strong knowledge of pre-commissioning procedures, testing protocols, and safety standards.
Experience in plant systems, machinery, and industrial operations.
Leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
