Pre-Commissioning SIMOPS Supervisor GULF ASIA CONTRACTING WLL

• A minimum of 5 years to 10 of relevant working experience as Pre-Commissioning SIMOPS Supervisor

• Support PC&C SIMOPS Superintendent to ensure proper management of the Project CTJV SIMOPS process requirements.

•Coordinating with the CTJV SIMOPS support team, ensuring the control, coordination, planning and resourcing strategies

• Support The PCC SIMOPS Superintendent to ensure that the SIMOPS risk management process is fully implemented in accordance with the requirements of CTJV

• Aware of hazard identifications, risk analyses and evaluations (risk assessments) are to help their implementation in the work execution procedures for all hazardous work

• Disseminating SIMOPS requirements among PCC team members.

• Working with the SHES group to ensure the Construction/PC&C SHES plans are known to cover the SIMOPS activities phase in his area of responsibility.

• Familiar with the SIMOPS requirements related to the PTW administrative, physical requirements for all SIMOPS areas being worked

• Coordinating with PCC Supervision to ensure that all PCC activities subjected to SIMOPS are being carried out in compliance with safety requirements and standards.

• Liaison with other Subcontractors/ own disciplines/ task supervisors and SHES personnel to recognize and evaluate/ resolve potential SIMOPS/ construction conflicts jointly with his PCC SIMOPS Superintendent.

• Providing weekly reporting of the implementation and compliance with all relevant SIMOPS requirements

• Participating in the daily PTW meeting in part to ensure that PC&C/SIMOPS requirements are reviewed, and PTW approved accordingly

• Aware of the Emergency plans are aligned his PCC with the different SIMOPS scenarios

• Aligning with PCC SIMOPS Superintendent in determining planned “SIMOPS Restricted areas”

•Identifying SIMOPS lessons learned and conveying it to the PCC SIMOPS Superintendent

• Support “think before acting “and “value of human life and property” principles among concerned SIMOPS team across.

•In coordination with PCC SIMOPS Superintendent investigates root causes of any incident relevant to SIMOPS violations and promotes corrective actions.
