Pre Communication Instrumentation Engineer GULF ASIA CONTRACTING WLL

• Knowledge of cable schedule, Plant layout, P & ID, wiring drawing and Termination drawing.

• Preparing Instrument Index, IO List, Instrument Data sheet, referring Hook Up drawings & ensuring Installations.

• Experience of Pre-Comm & Comm and Start Up of instrumentation & control field devices.

• Conducted site acceptance tests in coordination with all relevant departments.

• Commissioning, Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Calibration and troubleshooting of Control valves/ON OFF Valves/Anti surge valve /Pneumatic valves etc.

• Commissioning/Maintenance/Troubleshooting/Characterization and Installation of Vibration Probes and Temperature element in Mechanical rotatory equipment’s.

• Performing of control loop checking, calibration, recalibration, troubleshooting, verification, rectification, modification and simulation of various instrumentation and control instruments.

• Commissioning/Installation / Maintenance of all types of field instruments, HART, Foundation Field Bus FISCO.

• Calibration/Troubleshooting of Pressure Transmitters, level transmitter’s, Flow Transmitter’s, radar Level Transmitter’s, Pressure gauges, Level Guages, Temperature gauges, Temperature elements, RTD, thermocouple and flowmeters, Controllers, etc.

• Knowledge of Master calibration instruments, Fluke Process calibrator, Temperature bath, Fluke pressure comparator, HART Communicator.

• Calibration & alignment of Fire & Gas field detectors, Commission Fire & Gas detection system, Commission of PLC based systems and hydraulic control panels.

• Troubleshooting of control system and experience in communication protocol of control system.

• Experienced in the field instruments and control systems and diagnostic of all field instruments and faults finding capability of field instruments.
