Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing and checking design files for print production, ensuring all specifications are met.
Checking and correcting color modes, image resolution, bleed, trim, and crop marks.
Converting and managing file formats.
Ensuring fonts, images, and layers are properly embedded or outlined.
Coordinating with designers to refine layouts for press readiness while preserving design integrity.
Maintaining organization of digital assets and job files according to company standards.
Staying up to date with printing techniques, file preparation standards, and software updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in Graphic Designing
1-2 years of experience in packaging
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Strong understanding of print production processes (offset, digital print, etc.)
Excellent attention to details
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
