Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough technical assessments of project requirements to ensure alignment with engineering standards and specifications.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights necessary for pre-qualification evaluations.

  • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance project feasibility and success rates.

  • Prepare and submit prequalification documents to clients, consultants, and major operators.

  • Maintain and update company prequalification profiles and databases.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, QA/QC, HSE, procurement, and finance) to gather required documentation.

  • Ensure all submissions comply with client specifications and industry standards.

  • Monitor prequalification portals and track submission deadlines.

  • Liaise with clients for clarifications, updates, and feedback on submissions.

  • Maintain records of approved, pending, and rejected prequalification's.

  • Support tendering and business development teams with necessary documentation

  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in prequalification within the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and major Oil & Gas clients.

  • Familiarity with vendor registration and prequalification systems (e.g., ADNOC, EPC contractors, and other regional operators).

  • Excellent documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent to demonstrate project management capabilities.

  • Experience in conducting technical evaluations and risk assessments specific to project requirements. Preferred Skills

    • Experience with UAE-based Oil & Gas companies and approval processes.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously.

    • Understanding of ISO standards, HSE requirements, and QA/QC documentation.
