Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Eastnets, you will serve as a key technical advisor and solution expert supporting the sales team in delivering compelling, relevant, and technically sound proposals to clients. This role is essential in bridging customer needs with Eastnets' offerings, contributing directly to our growth through successful solution alignment and proposal support.
You will engage with clients throughout the sales process, from early discovery to post-RFP responses, ensuring the technical feasibility and value of our solutions are clearly understood and communicated.
Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with deep product knowledge and technical expertise across Eastnets solutions.

Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client needs.

Collaborate closely with clients to gather and analyze their technical and business requirements.

Translate client needs into accurate and well-scoped solution proposals in coordination with product and delivery teams.

Lead the preparation and delivery of responses to RFIs, RFPs, and technical questionnaires.

Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with Eastnets product capabilities and customer expectations.

Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding client and market insights back into product development and roadmap planning.

Stay up to date on the fintech, regtech, and compliance space, including the latest innovations and market trends.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architecture role.

Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.

Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Solid understanding of fintech, payments, or compliance solutions (AML, KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, etc.).

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in financial crime prevention is a strong plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-facing environment.

Willingness and ability to travel as required.

High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commitment to excellence.
