Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions for access control, biometric, CCTV, and security systems.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the value and capabilities of AIC s solutions.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical queries, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Design and propose integrated security solutions that align with client needs, budget, and site conditions.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to gather requirements and evaluate feasibility for system installations.
- Support the sales process by providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and solution scoping.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and deliverable.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, solution diagrams, and bill of materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies relevant to security, access control, and surveillance.
- Provide post-sales technical support during project handover and implementation phases as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role within the security systems or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of access control, biometric devices, CCTV, video management systems, and related technologies.
- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience conducting site surveys and technical assessments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and project teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and solution proposals.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
