Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored IT solutions that address their business needs.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, articulating the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Develop and present proposals, including technical documentation, solution architectures, and cost estimates.
  • Engage with vendors and internal engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions and pilot deployments to validate solution effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ICT, Networking, ELV, and AV technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions for partners and clients on new products and solutions.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and workshops to promote iSECAD s offerings and build strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, client interactions, and feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

4 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Design within IT infrastructure or system integration

  • Strong knowledge of networking, switching, routing, wireless, VoIP, and structured cabling
  • Strong Knowledge of ELV / Structured Cabling / VOIP is Plus
  • Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Dell, or VMware
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Professional certifications (CCNA, CCNP, NSE, etc.) are a strong plus
  • Proven track record of designing and presenting complex ICT, Networking, ELV to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, and technical proposal development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and vendor teams.
  • Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and preparing detailed technical documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
