Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored IoT solutions.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations that clearly articulate the benefits and features of Smart EGAT s IoT products and services.

Conduct detailed product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions for prospective clients.

Respond to technical queries and provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Analyze customer needs and propose optimal solutions that align with their business objectives.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical workshops as required.

Support post-sales transition by providing knowledge transfer to implementation teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-8 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering role.

Strong understanding of IoT technologies, smart city/building solutions, and integration methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFQs.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.

Proficiency in English.
