o Oversee and manage postal licensing activities. Ensure the effective implementation and coordination of postal licensing frameworks, procedures, and regulatory guidelines across the sector. o Monitor and assess postal service providers adherence to their licenses, terms, and conditions, and ensure alignment with the legal and regulatory framework. o Recommend actions for non-compliance. Identify cases of non-compliance and recommend appropriate corrective actions in line with CRA’s established Compliance Framework. o Participate in discussions and collaborations with internal teams, postal service providers, government entities, and other relevant stakeholders to address regulatory issues and concerns. o Handle internal and external queries related to postal licensing, offering timely responses and clarifications on complex regulatory matters. o Perform regional and international comparisons of postal services to ensure alignment with best practices and continuously update knowledge of global trends in postal regulation. o Amend and adapt postal licences as required to accommodate changes in the regulatory environment and liaise with relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
