Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to qualify leads and qualify them based on predetermined criteria.

  • Manage and maintain a database of leads, updating contact information and tracking sales activities meticulously.

  • Identify customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches and offer relevant solutions effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Has a minimum of 6+ months of experience in tele sales, pre-sales, or a related customer-facing role.

  • One who has made at least 250 calls per day.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.

  • Exhibits proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools for lead management and tracking.
